I added a chat room to the features on the forum. You can enter the chat by clicking the button on the link in the bar above the forum. A pop-up window will come up and you'll be automatically logged in.

It doesn't seem to be automatically logging me in and my name has too many characters in it for the ID field in the log-in window.

It'll now take the entire ID, but it's rejecting me nevertheless. I double checked my password, and I'm entering it correctly, but it's telling me "You can't access the chat."

I realized what I did. I didn't change permissions for regular members.

Now you should be able to enter.

I installed it for that very reason, among others. I figured it might get more use when the site gets a little bigger. It takes time for these things to happen.
